We have been working for more than 14 years, and during this time we have produced and shipped more than 20,000 mascot costumes around the world by almost all available delivery methods.

1.       Making an order

Add your chosen mascots to the cart and process the order.

2.       Payment

After receiving an order, your personal manager contacts you to specify all details of the payment methods and delivery address.

3.       Delivery

After 100% payment we pack the mascot into a box and pass it to the logistic company. You get a track code.

4.       Receiving your order

In 10-21 days you get your package delivered. Enjoy your new mascot!

1) EMS - the delivery cost is calculated when making an order (on average $50 for the first kg and $5 for each subsequent kg, the minimum weight of one parcel is 3 kg). The final cost of delivery depends on the distance, the weight and size of the box, the exchange rate and other factors. Delivery time is about two weeks (it all depends on how quickly the parcel passes customs);

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF DIFFERENT DELIVERY METHODS

1. Logistic companies

Advantages:

• the shortest delivery time;

• shipping to anywhere in the world;

• minimal shipping costs;

• track parcels by track code;

• no restrictions on weight and dimensions;

Disadvantages:

• during transportation, rigid packaging of the goods is necessary so that it does not lose its shape.

2. EMS delivery

Advantages:

• faster than regular mail;

• courier delivery to the specified address;

• online tracking system;

• insurance of shipments, guarantee of confidentiality;

• receiving/sending out of office hours;

• Round-the-clock hotline.

Disadvantages:

• longer lead times compared to transport companies;

• there may be problems at customs with the confiscation or return of the cargo to the sender.
